The musician - who first rose to fame for featuring on Jonas Blue's 2016 single By Your Side - will soon release her mini album that helped her heal her broken heart.

Speaking on Kate Thornton's White Wine Question Time podcast, she mused: 'It really helped me. I wrote each song at each stage. 

She added that the seven stages of heartbreak include shock, denial, pain, guilt, anger, ending with acceptance of the situation.

Raye explained: 'I’ve just reached it - like I would say a month, two months ago. Definitely in the clear, like I'm done. I wish him all the best, but I'm like goodbye. Your loss.'

Back in March, Raye told Hunger Magazine that she 'can't half-love someone' while in relationships, which she credited to being a Scorpio star sign. 

The media personality - whose hit single Please Don't Touch alludes to her vulnerable dating behaviour - shared: 'I'm a Scorpio woman, that's probably what it is.

'I can't half love someone, I can't lie and I can't be fifty percent. Even when I'm singing those lyrics, I need you to hear them and I need you to feel the pain that I've been through and that we've all probably been through.

'I wear my heart on my sleeve and I needed to write something to empower myself' the brunette added.
